    Az  Asylum egy olyan földalatti zárt intézet, ami a potenciális gyilkosok és tébolyultak lakhelye,ahol széles választékban találhatnak elmebajokat. Ide azokat tuszkolják, akikről meg akarnak feledkezni, akikről nem akar tudni senki. Ezt a helyet elzárták a külvilágtól  olyannyira sikeresen, hogy az itt történtekről mit sem tudnak. Pár napja valaki a dolgozók közül elszabadította az intézmény összes betegét, így mostanra ez nem más, mint egy földi Pokol. Vajon sikerül kiszabadulnod az őrültek közül, mielőtt Te is csak egy lennél közülük?
